I always have horrible customer service at this location compared to perimeter. The staff passed me no less than five times at the repair desk before finally letting myself and another individual know—rudely—that we needed to sign in at the front. If I had been properly greeted, I’d had known the out-of-the-ordinary process. Friendly, outgoing, and helpful staff are completely lacking from this location. What a loss for the store, as I would have grabbed a holiday gift with my cleaning service, but will now take my business elsewhere.

This store looks very clean. But their  record is ill kept. Once their internal management changes, they denies the promise  the store  made to the customer. My recent experience was that they rejected my request for my watch battery changes, even I paid lifetime service in 2014 and has used the service in the last three years.  I will never buy anything from the store. Jewelry  is supposed to last a long time. But  this store is not fit to deliver this kind of service.

When first walked in the door we were greeted by a salesman. We told him what we were looking for he turned to my boyfriend and asked how old was he. Like tf.

I must say the staff at this location is Awesome but the service for which I received for my wedding ring has absolutely been horrible. I dropped my ring off in mid October so that one of my diamonds could be replaced due a crack. They informed me that it would take about 6 weeks for a return since it had to be shipped to their headquarters. I called at the end of November and still my ring wasn't back. They called the corporate office to check on the ETA and was informed that the ring was sent to the diamond room a month after I dropped it off and that it wouldn't be back until Jan 2017, UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!   I have called twice with no return call.  Not satisfied..
