I highly recommend Van Adams Jewelers! My brother had a great experience working with Van Adams when he proposed to my sister-in-law, so when it came time for me to look for a ring, Van Adams was my first stop. Craig Roll welcomed us in right at opening and was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Craig helped me find the perfect ring, and worked with me to customize it to make it just right, at a price point that worked for us. The whole process was enjoyable and low pressure.

They treat you like family!! Craig, Connie and Tracey are such an amazing people. They are so patient and knowledgeable about the items I was buying. All the staff kept a smile on their faces and asked was there anything else we needed help with. Also the store is very clean. Van Adams has beautiful jewelry I will be buying my anniversary rings here. Thanks so much for an amazing experience

I had a diamond replaced in my weddding band by Van Adams Jewelers in 2013. I only wore the ring on special occasions in the course of 4 years, but I noticed the replaced diamond looked different than the others.  I wasn't sure if it was the lighting or the diamond but it appeared darker and set lower than the others. I recently started wearing the ring more often and the diamond really bother me. I stopped by Van Adams this week (Yes over 4 years later) and expressed my concern in reference to the replaced diamond. When I walked in I was greeted by a very professional and friendly salesman name Phil. He listened to my concerns and immediately assured me that everything  would be fine. 
Phil shared my concern with Leah (Assistant Manager). She was a real pleasure as well. They replaced the diamond for me at NO CHARGE! Needless to say I was very surprise. They never questioned my honestly nor my integrity. Reading other reviews, I'm also impressed with the level of passionate and concern Mr Adams has for his customers. Thanks for taking time to respond and for putting us (your customers) first! Your sales force it an extension of you! That's the true meaning of leading by example!

Excellent Customer Service, Very Professional and Friendly Knowledgeable Staff!

On 12-11-17 my girlfriend and I wanted to look at engagement rings. Well more her than me lol. Craig introduced himself, then asked what we where looking for? Then he and I discussed my budget. He showed my girlfriend several rings. She found one that blew her away. Then Craig and I discussed price. Craig gave me a very good deal. I would strongly recommend van Adams. Craig we both thank you sincerely, Frank and Heather.

Tammy was my sales person and she was very helpful! Told her what I was looking for and price range and she took it from there!  Answered all my questions and took her time with me, GREAT customer service! If you ever go there ask for Tammy!
