My fiancé took me to this store to switch to his plan. The sales rep misinformed us about a promotion that was going on. Long story short, we didn't qualify for the promotion so we went back to the store. The sales rep who handled our transaction admitted he messed up and told his manager. The lady manager said, "oh well. He messed up. If you want the promotion then switch your plan. I'm not giving you a credit. I don't want to." 
Both managers were rude and unprofessional and even though they were supposed to credit us, they refused. I can understand making a mistake, but there are consequences. If I made a mistake and didn't pay my bill, I wouldn't be able to say "oh. I messed up so T-Mobile doesn't get their money." I would be charged a late fee as a consequence for not paying....
No worries though. We got our credit from higher up. We'll never go back to this location.

The lady manager is a liar and real trash. WILL LIE TO U. She needs to go..... Look many bad reviews about her.  The other guys at the store are really excellent and helpful.

Amazing store with an amazing staff! Can't believe there is even a single poor complaint on here, but we all know how some customers can really never be pleased haha. Definitely recommend! If they can help an older-timer like me, they can help you too.

We came in to trade in an exploding Note 7, and they treated us like we were asking them for a free phone.  Richard made us wait on hold for customer service for half an hour to do his job for him.  Then made us wait a week to get a replacement in the mail.  Clearly they don't care about selling their customers dangerous phones.  Contact me when the class action suit happens.
