More boyfriend has purchased multiple pieces of expensive jewelry from Jareds and I have been to this location twice and have received awful customer service, one time from the GM herself. Will make a note to not purchase from the company anymore. If you like Jared’s take a trip to the Fort Myers location. Much better staff.

We have been shopping at Jared Coconut Point Mall for 3 years and have always loved the professional service and extra special touch they gave with packaging. BUT this year we roamed the store for 5 minutes without a welcome hello, only 5 customers in the store staff truly not busy. When we did encounter a sales person our greeting was “Hey” , really am I at the local brewery or a fine jewelry store? I then ask to see the Pandora rings he’s says I don’t work over there so I will have to get someone for you, really why then did you approach me as I was standing at the Pandora counter? 
He then was told to open the case and show me the rings ... he was less interested in service so now I was receiving service equal to a crowded Walmart. Once I made my decision then realized Jared changed their packaging no longer do we get a beautiful box wrapped in a Jared ribbon ...our daughters get excited about their Jared present when they see the packaging... I asked the sales clerk and he said No they don’t do that anymore... another interesting thing that happened in this terrible experience is St. Jude has a fundraiser with a unique stuffed animal each year which we have gotten each year but this year the sales person never asked and after the horrible service we decided to give to St. Jude another way.  Not going back... my husband suggested we start going to the Diamond District local company who is supposed to have great service I will post a review.

I come here and I have a great experience everytime. They have friendly staff. A great collect of Pandora jewelry.

Called to see if they had an item in stock the a gentleman answered and was very rude I asked for a specific Disney Pandora charm and he said yeah we sell Disney charms. I then asked if he could see if they had that one in stock he said they had a lot of sales and he was to busy to find out this is why I never shop there all the care about is the big money sales.

My boyfriend and I had been to many stores searching for the perfect engagement ring. Staff had been extremely rude and pushy with us, and we were disrespected in several store including other Jared stores. From the moment we walked into this Jared store (Estero), we were treat extremely nice by all of the staff. Staff here are very professional, and were accommodating to our needs on two different occasions. They truly went above and beyond, and made us feel like valued customers. We would highly recommend this Jared to anyone searching for a more personal jewelry buying experience!
