Bad experience from Hello

I called to check if they had a particular item in stock as I would have to drive 20 miles to this location.  The girl who answered "Jessie" was bothered by my question, huffing as she put me on hold.  Jessie gets back on the line only to tell me, we have a lot of those it stock, but I asked for a particular item not just the category.  When i asked for the particular item specifically, she huffed and puffed and hung up on me.  
I called back, Jessie picked up again and then told me "NO we don't have it - CLICK".  I was trying to buy my husband a  diamond encrusted piece and I'll just take my money elsewhere. Thanks alot Jessie!

Friendly staff, a little expensive but what good jewelry isn't. They made my wife happy so I am. Happy wife happy life guys. Wish I learned this the first time around

I want to give a huge thank you to Dunkin's Diamonds. 2 weeks ago I snagged my Lindy Star Sapphire ring in my washing machine. It loosened the stone and was jiggling around in the setting. Since my mom Sandra Priest gave this ring to me in middle school (almost 30 years ago) and was given to her by my dad (over 40 years ago) it is pretty special to me. I didn't want to lose the stone. I didn't care how much it cost to fix. Picked it up 2 weeks later and there was NO CHARGE!!

We have bought several pieces of jewelry from there (including my engagement ring and our wedding bands... along with other necklaces, jewelry, etc.). They are always so nice. They will even clean jewelry that I didn't buy there!

Thank you again, Dunkin's Diamonds for taking such good care of me and my precious stone.

I worked with Steve on getting a Rolex. Steve has superior customer service and is eager to help. I told him the exact style Rolex I was looking for and he hunted it down and had it at his store within 2 days. Seems like with his connections he'll be able to find you whatever watch you need, and at a great price point none the less. Extremely satisfied customer here. Steve of Dunkin's Diamonds is the guy you need to see for a Rolex in the Fort Myers area. Thanks again.
