Story

Originally established in West Palm Beach, Florida, Provident Jewelry expanded to the west coast and settled in beautiful Naples, Florida. For the past 15 years our 541 5th Avenue South store has focused on superior customer service, knowledge, and integrity. As our original Naples "estate" store, our warm, inviting atmosphere welcomes customers who are looking to sell or buy fine pre-owned jewelry, gems, and Swiss luxury timepieces. Mary Ann was absolutely phenomenal, and she completely made our experience in this store. She helped appraise and evaluate our engagement ring. She had great advice for us in thinking about how to repair one stone that was replaced before and looked out place. She helped us sift through very budget-conscious options for wedding bands, but she never made us feel out of place. The experience was FANTASTIC! From luxury jewelry to affordable estate rings, Provident has anything you might need, and the service and attention to MATCH. If you’re in Naples, you should stop by and visit. And make sure you ask for Mary Ann!

Came in for a watch battery and ended up with a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife! Chantel was very knowledgeable and helpful, & even changed my battery for free!

Jarred and Provident Jewelry went above and beyond when helping design and create my new 25th Anniversary ring.  From the moment I brought in my original ring (at which time we determined my diamond had a chip and they worked with me step by step to make a claim with insurance company for the replacement) to finding a replacement diamond at the replacement cost, to working with the design team to help put into place the vision I had and the actual deliverance of the new ring, I could not have been more pleased.  Receive compliments on a regular basis on the brilliance and design of my new ring.  Thanks for a job well done!!!

My Daughter (Jo Ann Burroughs) and her husband were visiting for the holidays and his medical alert necklace broke.  We had purchased a new necklace at another location but the tag would not fit over the clasp.  We stopped in Provident Jewelry and Maryann took care of us immediately.  The staff was very friendly and they helped us at no charge to fix his necklace.  Thank you for your kind and helpful service.  Happy Holidays.

The staff at Provident Jewelry 541 estate store has impeccable customer service, and the store manager Corrinna was able to help me and answer all of my questions and concerns in her jewelry store. They also have a wonderful selection of unique and one of a kind jewelry. If you want something really special and one of a kind then Provident Jewelry is for you! I highly
 recommend them!
