This store has beautiful selection of engagement rings and pandora charms, but the service at this Jared is awful! The last three times I have visited this store I was never greeted and was left to wait a good 20-30 minutes with my family while being completely ignored. If you have a day to spend then I recommend coming here, but if you have a quick question, pick up, servicing, or came in knowing exactly what you want I would advise you to pack a lunch and bring a pillow, or better yet just go to a different location!!

Went there wasn't even told hi or I will be with you in a second. Stood at one section I wanted to look at and nothing. I was there for 30 mins without a hi or any acknowledgement so I walked out and won't ever be back

I have purchased a good deal of Pandora jewelry here. The staff is helpful and friendly. They also back up their warranty by replacing any Pandora item that is defective.
This has only happened once with a bracelet clasp. They have earned my greatest respect!!!

This has been one of the worst experiences. 7 months ago I walked in to start the process of custom designing a ring. It took 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge my fiance and I. Once we got the process started it seemed to go smooth.  I called several times and was told someone would get back to me, however i never heard anything back. After 3 months I received an email stating my ring was complete and to come pick it up ( even though I was never given pictures to approve). When I got there I was told that the pictures never came in but they could show me the cast. The cast was an exact replica of the ring they sell for 1/2 the price of what I paid. I told the man that was helping me that it was nothing like what I ordered and showed him the paperwork. He assured me he would get it fixed. Another three months went by before I heard anything again. Again no pictures came in but they had the cast for me to approve. I was told I would hear back in a couple weeks. I never heard anything and even called the store. A woman answered and told me everyone was busy so someone would call me back in thirty minutes. That was 5 days ago. This has been the worst customer service experience ever. I regret chosing Jared's to create my fiances wedding band.

Beautiful jewellery and great customer service.  The staff at Jared's are very friendly and always treat me better than any other jewelry store I have been in. They just helped me with a Pandora issue that I have been trying to resolve for months. They were more helpful than the actual Pandora store in Coconut Point. I will only be buying from Jared from here on out.
