Customer service has deteriorated a lot over the year, especially, at the Staten Island Mall Store, where no one is available to receive the phone call in any department. I am having problems receiving the item ordered two weeks ago and no help is being provided. Looks like they have laid off a lot of people and think that their good for nothing computer systems will take care of customers.

Best customer service. Quality brands for the family. Great bonuses when u download the JCPenney's application to a smartphone. I will for sure be returning to this particular jcpenney. I love the kids department is my favorite

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER I will not buy more in this store !!! I bought a mattress on November 12 and wait for 6 weeks !!!! I call the store every day and they tell me "tomorrow"! This is the most horrible store !!! It is a pity that I did not find out about this before!

was shopping today .. they have marked down stuff alot so i was buying alot in clearance fashion jewelry. one customer has the nerve to ask me to stop loooking at the jewelry as it bothers the cashier an old russian lady. whaaa? i told her to go away and do shopping she was crazy and out of place but i always feel they have incompetent staff who don't want towork and that is why most of them are shutting down.. they dont have any customer service so they should close or employees should stay home.

Wait 25 minutes on the line to pay and when I was served the woman threw my bag to the floor. Very bad attention. I do not go back to that store.
