I have had great luck with Ashley Furniture! I have bought a full bedroom set, my dining room set and now a new living room set from them and have been very happy. Today Phillip and Bobby were the delivery folks for my living room furniture. They were prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job. Thank you!

I write few reviews but this one I will write. We hesitated buying from Ashley because of all the bad reviews. However we followed our gut and I am glad we did. Phillip and Bobby, our delivery guys, did a wonderful job putting it all together. They were pleasant, respectful and efficient! The selling staff were also very accommodating and worked well with us. And finally, unlike many reviews stated, our furniture came in without damage and we would buy from Ashley again

I purchased a living room set, bedroom set, and mattress from Ashley's at the beginning of the month and immediately regretting walking into their store. All the care about is the sale. They hounded me and pressured me on signing the paperwork. It was not a very personable customer service experience. I called today to get an update on delivery and they told me it can take another 3-4 weeks on top of the 3 I've already waited. This was not information that was communicated when I made the purchase. They have made zero attempts to update me on the status of my order. I ordered a dining room set and bedroom set the same day from Furniture Row and they have already made my delivery and installation despite being down delivery drivers. Please read all the scrappy reviews about this particular store and the experiences of those whom shopped here. These are patterns of terrible customer service with this store.

Bobby and Phillip were great delivery guys. Called ahead and arrived on time. They set up my furniture exactly how I wanted and were very careful so damage occurred.

Disappointed with the inflexibility of the delivery schedule. Received a phone call on Wednesday saying delivery would be Friday during a 12 hour window. The delivery company will further narrow that window Thursday night when they schedule deliveries but still just a three hour window. When I said I needed better definition so I can make plans with work they got defensive and said they couldn't do any better than that and that they could just move it to the following week (like that would make a difference). They did call the delivery company, so I give them props on that. But they weren't able to offer tangible help in scheduling. Follow up on "delivery" schedule. Thursday evening at 7:30 I called to find out when delivery would be on Friday. I found out that I wasn't scheduled for Friday and was told they don't deliver to my town on Friday. Having spent a good amount of time today rearranging my work schedule to make Friday afternoon work you can understand my frustration. They offered me gift cards and to refund the $20 delivery fee. I said that's not enough for my inconvenience. I've moved out mattress out, you promised delivery and you didn't deliver. Seems to be the theme with them. When I asked to talk to the store manager who promised delivery on Friday she said the only time they deliver to my town is Friday (someone is lying to me) and they would have to make special arrangements to have delivery to me Saturday morning. I'm not holding my breath. They continue to say I signed a contract and that means I can't decline the mattress. Long story but the moral is don't buy from them unless you want a headache or can take your purchase with you. Customer service means little, they will hold you to your obligation but completely ignore their obligation. Buyer beware.
