Just wanted to call the store and ask a simple question, i called at 9:15 am and no Answer. Left a message like it said. Waited about an hour and half no call back so i tried to call again same thing goes to a department phone goes silent no pick up and says to leave a message. So i continue and call about 15 more times, try every department STILL no answer!!!! Why post a damn phone # if no one in the whole entire store can pick up the call. I've worked in Retail my whole life and max you let the phone ring 3 times. Not sure how they receive any phone calls on a daily basis. It should be way easier than this. Hopefully they will update their phone system or learn how to use them.

automated service hangs up on you while waiting on hold. management not able to answer phone. good thing i was only inquiring about a purchase. best to go elsewhere if this is their idea of customer service.

Auto Service- oil change. The staff was prompt and friendly. Very reasonable price for oil change – even gave me a coupon. Very little time waiting and had a nice waiting room.

If I could give my experience with Sears zero stars, I would. I called to order a dishwasher through this company, and when I informed them of how urgently I needed this appliance, the guaranteed that it would be delivered and installed today, the 23rd. The installer called to schedule the appointment, and told me it would only be delivered today, and not installed until the 25th. When I told him I was promised it would be installed same day, he told me this is what Sears does. They promise same day installation even though they don't know his schedule. Well I thought at least if its here I can hire someone else to install today. I called Sears to double check the delivery since no one called me today like they are supposed to. Customer service now informs me that it won't even be delivered until the 25th. I spoke with a customer service manager who was no help and essentially told me it was not their fault, and that I needed to deal with it. I never would have ordered from them if they had been honest about when the dishwasher would be delivered. I canceled my order and am now scrambling last minute to get a dishwasher here before Thanksgiving which I am hosting.
