My husband and I were greeted by Conie with a bright and joyful smile on her face. She assisted us right away and gave us some great beds to test and compare. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and helped answer all the questions we had. She was honest, fun and friendly. We would purchase a mattress from her one million times again!

This was my 2nd time shopping at this location. Low pressure sales staff, great customer service skills. Superior selection. I left a happy customer once again.

We went in with only a vague idea of what we needed. Tony was very helpful in showing us options of all prices and styles. We found two mattresses that we are super excited to get. Shopping made easy!

I received great service & attention when I went to buy an adjustable bed for my mom, who is in her 70's and having difficulties sleeping. Anthony did everything he could to make sure the order was delivered before she normally went to bed & the delivery guts did an quick and thorough set up along with demonstrating the controls to my mom! Very Pleased!!!

A year ago, my husband and I started the search for our perfect bed. We weren't quite ready to make a purchase at that time but wanted to learn more about Tempur-Pedic. Mark, the manager, was so nice, helpful, and knowlegable and we had such a great experience that we decided when we were ready to buy the bed of our dreams we would come back to Sleep Train. When we returned a year later, we were thrilled to see Mark (he remembered us too) and glad to give him our business. He helped us choose the perfect bed for our needs and comfort. I'm grateful for the non-pushy and helpful level of service we received even on busy Memorial Day weekend. We were taken good care of, never felt neglected, and all our questions were answered. Mark my word, if we ever need to buy another bed, we will be returning customers!
