We had a great experience with this store.  Bill was knowledgeable and made finding the right mattress easy, fast and stress free. Bill and Shane were both a delight to work with.  I initially settled upon a mattress that was too cheap, and wasn't good enough to solve my problem.  That was my fault, because I was emphasizing economy.  When it didn't work out, they took the mattress back, and they sold me a mattress that addressed my medical problem, and they made it affordable for me.  Their suggestions for pillows really worked out too.  I could have saved a lot of money on pillows over the years if I'd gone to them first.  They carry good products, and make intelligent suggestions to help customers find what they need.  What really makes this work though, is that these are two guys who care about what they do.

I bought a mattress and box spring for the in laws, and one week later I didn't need it because they were not visiting. Everything was in original packaging and tried to return it, unused, because the website says they do refunds and it takes 3-5 days. The guy who is always working in the meridian location, bham WA, said no refunds the second we walked in and we said the website says you do returns and he said absolutely not, rudest sales person I've ever dealt with. I also tried calling the 800 and told them what their site said REFUND POLICY, and they were just like that salesman rude and unhelpful. I hope no one gets swindled bythe awful company.
