I went to CarMax just to look for a car since I was a first time buyer. I knew nothing about cars or the process to buy one. With the help of Michael Johnson I was able to buy a car that I’m 100% satisfied with & that I love so much! Michael was very patient , understanding , & knowledgeable. He took his time to help find me a car that I loved & something in my price range. He became like family I strongly recommend him to anyone that needs help getting a car. Walking in was not a hassle Willie Blackwell greeted and walked me out so I can sit in any car I wanted to try out. When I was ready I test drive. Now I’m home with the car of my dreams. They were patient and kind in my part. Every car was clean and organized for easy finding. Very convinant and easy to do! Willie Blackwell took great care of me.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with buying a car. My husband just bought a car with Elliot (El) and it was fast and easy! El was so helpful and knowledgeable. He understood our needs and he had the drive to get it done.

I loved our experience with Carmax. No hassles...very relaxed atmosphere. Also, the employees and the salesman, Tim, were awesome!!!
