Youmans Chevrolet in Macon, also serving Warner Robins, Byron, Barnesville, Forsyth and Milledgeville is proud to be an automotive leader in our area. I usually have a hard time trusting mechanics because most can just tell you you have something wrong and it wasn’t even that in the first place and I get that untrustworthy feeling from this place.
Since I have to put a 1 on here I will say everytime I call usually a woman comes on and I wish I knew her name but she is very nice. 

They never have a courtesy vehicle when they are going to have our car for at least a week. 
Or any amount of time actually. 
 I also know we pay a ton of money to them and it’s a little outrageous. 
Recently just took it in to see what was wrong with my AC and they concluded it was my fan clutch and belt(that’s fine). But when they said it was going to be almost 900$ for it so I freaked. Called my dad who is an experienced mechanic down in Florida and asked his advice. 
The two parts I needed I could get for 70$ & 39$. So you are telling me you are going to charge me almost 800$ for labor?? We took our vehicle back and still had to pay the 120$ diagnostic charge. 
The next day my coolant light came on and after I added some, now my AC works fine.

Dexter Whitby is an outstanding salesman!!! Dexter made my car buying experience a great one. Service was excellent from beginning to end. He really took great care of me. I will make sure to visit Dexter for all of my vehicle purchases. Would highly recommend Dexter to all my family and friends!!!

After thoroughly reasearching the vehicle I wanted, I found The One at Youmans Auto dealership. They had what I wanted, but what made my decision was the amount of professionalism and courtesy the staff had. I drove to town Friday evening just before they were getting ready to close, and though I showed up late on a Friday night, the staff remained in service to help with the questions I had about the vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and kindness of the staff, particularly Terry, our sales representative. He made the experience as it should be- exciting and fun, not filled with pressure or stress. He called me the next morning to see how the drive home in my new car was, and has made me feel confident I made the right choice in buying from them even after the purchase. They are all super friendly, and not at all what you would expect from a car dealership! I am definitely telling everyone about Youmans Auto Dealership!

Andy Mason was so awesome with my elderly mother. He took a lot of time and patience with her, and that means the world to me, and to any others who have elderly parents. He was very clear and upfront about pricing and what she could afford. He also went out of his way to fix the minor parts mom pointed out. I would 100% trust in sending anyone to this awesome salesman. THANK YOU ANDY, YOUR THE BEST.
