Went in for oil change. Mark did a great job of explaining my future maintenance requirements . He even cleaned the inside of my back window for me. every time I have been to Alan Vigil Ford  I have received great service  Mr. Blacks team is very efficient and friendly. Will definitely go back . Yes I highly recommend Mark Alvarado he really knows his business.

I had an awesome in and out quick oil change with little wait time and a really helpful staff to take care of me.  I had a coupon that was honored even though the system could not pull up the website where my profile was, so that was really helpful.  I would recommend this place to all my friends to get their vehicle serviced.

Very professional. Allan Vigil reworked my brakes and gave the old truck a long needed tune up.  They brought new life into a 20 year old pickup.  Runs like a top and stops on a dime!!

I’ve been to two other ford dealerships for transmission issues with my Focus, those guys can’t hold a candle to the service that Allan Vigil Fayetteville preformed. Keith Slappey, in the service department, was excellent. He explained the work that was being done and gave accurate time estimates as well. They even actually fixed the transmission instead of just reprogramming the computer system in the car. The staff is super friendly and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From my phone call to see when they opened until I drove off the lot in my New 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. Customer Service was at it's best at this location. Julie Klien is an Awesome Sales Person. She actually listened to my wants and needs for a vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure and she didn't try to talk me into or out of anything. She just answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. The entire team at Allan Vigil Ford of Fayetteville is Great!!
