Absolutely terrible place. Please avoid. Immediately after oil change and tire rotation, I noticed the strong knocking and shaking from my wheels after driving 60 miles on freeway. After inspecting the wheels I found that all 10!!! stud lugs on front and rear driver side wheels were loose, so loose that I could rotate them by hand. I took out the lug wrench from the car kit and tightened them all; however, one nut was so fatigued from high-impact shaking that it snapped. So, I have one snapped nut, and other possibly fatigued 9 nuts that must be inspected and likely replaced. This work will cost $$, and I am trying to force this shop to conduct and pay for this repair.

Nice, respectful people. Quick oil change at 11am on a Saturday morning. Didn't feel pressure to get any services done. Would recommend!

I don't know how I feel about this location.

Their employees are definitely the highlights, at least customer service-wise. They were friendly, quick and cheerful. 

Although, the 2 things I didn't like were skill/knowledge related, and it is either caused by poor training on newer cars, which is understandable and easily fixed, OR, the entire store is dishonest and cheating on their customers. Based on their employees' customer service, which I liked, I REALLY hope it's just poor training. So, on to the problems:

1. 2015 Corolla has their cabin air filter behind the glove compartment. I installed a new one myself a few months ago, but I was told that my car didn't have​ a cabin filter installed. After I went back home, I checked the filter, it was there and relatively clean. The odd thing is that, since you HAVE to open and disconnect the glove box to get to the filter, it was weird to see my things in the glove box completely untouched. I HOPE they were just looking at an entirely wrong place.

2. 2015 Corolla tires are inflated to 35 psi instead of the old 32 psi, and the sign is literally right there by the driver's door. But they said they had checked the tire pressure and filled it to 32 psi. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN 32 psi TO BEGIN WITH. I HOPE it was because my tires had somehow deflated below 32 psi, and they did inflate them to 32 psi.

They were very quick for servicing my car, but so didnt care for the pressure of me purchasing the additional recommended services at that time.
