Came in for headlight replacement and air filter change. You kinda don't expect much from auto service chains.. so when the techs are exceptional helpful it's quite a surprise. Richard is such a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend coming here for your car service & tire needs. Very upfront and satisfied.

Friendly and knowledgeable techs. This is the only place that I take my car to for service. Reasonably priced and honest about what needs to be done and what can wait until the next round of service. I've never felt cheated or taken advantage of - and they always call to confirm before doing anything extra. I'd definitely recommend them.

I am so pleasantly surprised! A few days after getting new tires, my MTPS warning light came on. Google told me that it could happen after getting new tires and although I don't know if that was the case or not, I took my vehicle back and they gladly fixed the sensor and checked the balancing of my tires. While I was waiting, they kindly filled the tires of a college student's tires with air....free of charge!  What a great group of folks!

Al is the most accomodating service rep I have ever had with Mr. Tire, I will always go back to Lutherville as long as he works there!
