Fast, efficient, and a good price. I was driving my spouse's car and the brakes started making the warning squeak. NTB got my car serviced with no appointment and no over-sell. I would visit this shop again for future repairs.

Been trying to schedule an appointment for like 3 hours now, get put on hold every time and no one comes back to the phone. Called 3 different times. Literally just to schedule an appointment. Won’t recommend or every get service done here again.

Matt and Mike at the Lutherville, MD NTB were amazing and super helpful! I was late to get my oil changed due to a newly acquired flat tire and they took the car in well after my appointment (on a super busy day) and it was ready early the next day! Thank you both so much! Y'all rock!

I was a loyal customer buying all of my tires at NTB Lutherville for the last 4-5 years but recently had a seriously very bad experience which shows not only their incompetence and dishonesty but also their lack of any customer service response to my damages. Do not take your car there!  The people working at NTB Lutherville can't help me in any way when I called several times nor when I stopped by. They have caused destruction to my Jaguar beyond tires which has caused me to not have a drivable car for 5 days so far and counting. I will never trust them with my car again. My initial tire leak issue that NTB Lutherville could not fix after two tries last month led to my seeking a second opinion. In the process of removing and reinstalling my one problematic tire at NTB, they apparently lost my lug nuts for this wheel and replaced several of them with odd sized nuts of all sizes and thread patterns so that removal at another business required cutting them off. Aside from the need to replace lug nuts, my threaded studs which hold on the wheel are stripped now. My wheels were not properly installed at NTB and could have led to sudden catastrophic wheel loss during driving. That is a potential major law suit against NTB for sure. Now my car is not drivable at the Jaguar dealer and I'm aware that damages are adding up not so much to replace lug nuts but more to replace the stripped studs and add hours of labor. Also my initial issue of concern, the tire leak which couldn't be diagnosed at NTB turned out to be an obvious crack in my rim which is obvious if they removed the tire from the rim. The rim would be my financial responsibility but how they could miss such of an obvious crack is very hard to understand. I may not receive any compensation for damages but I will tell people who I deal with everyday working nearby to avoid NTB due to my bad experiences.
