Repaired car, did a great job. Issues after and getting insurance involved to cover diagnostics a nightmare. Almost came in on a scheduled appointment Saturday and no technicians would have been on staff. Recommended I take my car to Toyota, Toyota took care of car under warranty ($1500 in parts including bad wheel bearing on repaired side) in more repairs. While this wasn't my worst experience at a dealership, I wouldn't say it was solid enough to merit a good rating.

I have used the Ron Marhofer Collision Center several times over the last 25 years.  They consistently provide above the bar quality repairs, are knowledgeable, and professional.  Let's face it, I'm going to see them when I have had an unfortunate situation with my vehicle.  They make the process go as smoothly as possible to get my vehicle handled properly and efficiently.  This includes working with insurance companies.  That is a weight lifted off my shoulders!  My friends and family have also used them for years.  Thank you Ron Marhofer Collision Center Team for being people I can trust!

I am very happy to have gone with Marhoffer Collision for my vehicle. After recently being in a car accident I was very worried that my car would never look, or drive, the same again. After getting my car back, I couldn't be happier! The paint matches up perfectly and all the replacement parts were OEM and identical to what they were before. Looking at my car now, there is no way to tell I was ever in an accident. I'd like to especially thank James who took the time out to answer questions and work on my vehicle. As someone who is very particular about their car,  I would definitely recommend their services.
