Google keeps bugging me for a review, so here it is. I ordered a large Fanta Zero grape, and that's it. I do love the carnival of colors that the computerized soda machine offers. They have so many combinations. I feel bad for the people in their late 70s and early '80s, going from four or five choices to quite literally 50 for more, and it's computerized. Yep, all I wanted was a drink. I have eaten at this location once. I got the two tacos, and they were decent. The only thing I will suggest is that you tell them not to over fry the tacos. Some people may say, "Well,  I like them well done," NO....most people will not like it that way. They fry them until they're dried out until the shell is so hard it cuts the roof of your mouth. Since the employees have never been asked the question of not well done, it really throws them off like you've thrown a monkey wrench into their brain.  You have to say I do not want them well done, nice and hot, but not well done. I say this because another location fried them until they were unfrozen, and that was it. It was ridiculous, but it gave me a good laugh

Horrible. First and last time I will go to this location. I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger and it was not what it used to be. Quality of food is despicable. In fact, it was so tiny I thought I’d gotten a kids meal. Not only that, it was cold and greasy. Guy at the window wouldn’t speak, even though I tried to be friendly. Oh he spoke english just fine, as I heard him talking and carrying on with co-workers. Customer service doesn’t matter to this loser.The cardboard box my cheeseburger was in had been thrown in to the paper bag, was 1/2 open with cheeseburger falling out into paper bag, there were no napkins. Again, cold greasy food. Due to the unprofessional behavior of these incompetent employees, I decided not to take my order back in to complain, but threw it in the trash instead. Last time. Save yourself the money and disgust. Find another place. These kids don’t give a rip about customer service.

Cold and stale fries. Dead cheeseburgers that had been sitting out to get cold. I got home to find this out and drove back to get it remade. They seemed inconvenienced and offered no apology. I recommend checking your food at the drivethrough before leaving the window. Better yet, skip this location as this wasn't the first time and they don't seem to care anyway.

Gross!  Floor was sticky,  soda machine out on most flavors,  frozen French fries,  sticky condiments, not one employee wearing gloves,  stood at the register 5-7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there, and no sourdough buns for sourdough jack. . . Really?!?, that's just what I saw, no telling what I didn't see.....  bad experience Jack

Older lady in the drive-thru rude as heck. She don't listen and then gets an attitude and start speaking Spanish and waving her hands, when she gets something wrong. I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish so I have no idea what she is saying, for all I know she could be swearing either way, it's very rude.

This location is super fast, friendly and my order hasn't been wrong, yet. Keep up the great service...Food: 5/5

Either they are intentionaly trying to rip us off or they're just plain incompetent. No matter how clearly you tell them your order items will still not be included but will still charge you. Please, just close down already so another establishment can take over. This one single location alone has made me dislike Jack in the Box overall.

An employee just cursed at my wife and I at their drive through. Needless to say we left. When I tried to call no one would answer. I called multiple times. Highly unprofessional, I won’t be eating here again and we live across the street. That really says something. I would rather drive 10 minutes than eat here. Management should be cleaned out as well as the staff and it should be shut down.

The manager today was a very unptofessional worker. I give 3 star becuase a young guy provide a very good services, once he saw me, he came to ask me what was I coming for and take care for me. But the manager very ungry and aggresive told him "hey you go overa there, he just have to wait!" And she hasn't asked me what I was coming for

Won’t be ordering online here anymore. Old lady at drive-thru got rude and upset because I asked for extra packets of sugar for my coffee and I did not requested it online.
