I will never, ever recommend Price Buster to anyone. Last month (February) I purchased a dresser, when I went to take it out of the box, it was broken, and they would not even replace it. I do not care what the contract says, how do they expect to do good business by selling broken furniture. They expected me; a 66 year old woman walking with a walking cane in the house to take the furniture out of the box and inspect it before the delivery drivers left. (keep in mind that the delivery drivers does not have to help). Their contract sucks, their policy sucks. I paid them cash, and all I got in return was a useless dresser. How is that for customer service? Yes I tried contacting them and after a while they stop responding to me. I will never go there again. I am very upset.

The worst place to buy furniture. They delivered the wrong bed frame for me last week Thursday; when this was pointed out to the Driver; they called the Store and the store Manager promised that the correct one would be delivered the following day Friday after 1:00PM. When this was not done; we called the Store and was told off by the Diana (or Diane) who answered the phone; I requested to speak to the Manager and she told me that he was busy that she can assist me. When I explained what happened and the promise for Friday deliver; she scolded me and informed me that the Driver has no authority to promise delivery and proceeded to "educate" me on the company policy. I requested again to speak with the Manager; after being kept on hold for about 10 minutes; the Manager by name Carl came on and informed me that we were supposed to call them after 1:00 PM if we wanted the bed delivered. I was flabbergasted. Cut a very long story short; he informed me that they will deliver the bed on Monday; but it was not. The bed was delivered today -- on Tuesday March 21. I did send an email to the head office last week Friday; up to now that I am writing this message; they have not responded. DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM Price Busters; their service is atrocious and some of the staff - Diana or Diane are RUDE!

Nice place. Didn't buy anything but the people were really nice and didn't bother us to much like sales people often like to do. Prices were around the 800-1200 range. Some things being less some being more.

If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 !!!! This company is a rip off! The sales people don't have a clue what's going on in the store. I ask about pricing and they go ask other employees. Why don't you have any knowledge of your merchandise? The sales person that helped me in the beginning was some lazy woman who couldn't even get up to assist me. I didn't wanna be bothered with her anymore. Another young lady helped me and she helped me well. Her name was Diana. After I did my order, I was told my delivery would be in 2 days. When my items came the entire order was destroyed! These people gave me sh*t on their nasty a*s floor. I was expecting brand new furniture. I called to speak to management but he never got on the phone. The assistant would put me on hold and come back to the phone with a different excuse to why he can't get on the phone. So unprofessional. I will never in a lifetime do business there!
