We recently bought 3 plecos from this store. We put 2 of them into our well established 60 gallon tank and 1 into a 20 gallon. Now we have both tanks overcome with ick. So disappointing. Wish we had never purchased the new ones and will definitely NEVER buy fish from here again.

Store floor is always very organized and clean. Like that they offer a large variety of brands, supplies, etc. Enjoy the adoption days they have with other organizations. Do have a dog daycare but sad that they are very against "bully" breeds. Did check into my dogs staying, or being a pitbull mix the other a German Sheppard mix. They flat out said my pit wouldn't be able to be with other dogs, play time would be by himself and he would not even be able to be with my German Sheppard. Also have dog grooming services, which I used to use but no longer. Very over priced for what you get and it takes way too long. Most of the timeyour dog is in a kennel.

Store is laid out very well. Easy to find items and pricing is competitive. Only one register was open causing some delay in checkout is only reason for not rating as 5 stars.

This location is great! We go to the vet, very good doctor! Grooming salon is great also! We will be trying the pet hotel in May and we are confident they will be safe and well taken care of! Our puppy has had training there which was super helpful for our stubborn German Shepherd, Linda is an awesome trainer. The staff is always helpful and if they don't know they don't BS you they will find out for you. I have never had a problem with anyone in this store and recommend this location for sure!
