This DownEast is my most favorite location!!! The staff is always friendly and inviting and the clothes are to die for. I love the baseball tees!!! They always seem to have some awesome sales going on too! Definitely would recommend at least going in the store and taking a peek. You won't be disappointed :)

Every time I go into this store I am met with a smile and a personal greeting. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Whether I am buying, making returns, or asking for advice on 'how this dress makes me look', they are there to help! I love shopping here and will go out of my way to hit their sales!

The Downeast in Queen Creek has the best one on one customer service. They also have a great selections in the product. All around great store to shop with

Let me start off this story by informing everybody about my broken right arm (valid part of the story). So today, I did a little shopping. I went to #DowneastClothing in Queen Creek, AZ. Like most people, I love a good deal on clothes. Downeast was having a huge sale today (50% off of their clothes!). So, I had picked out a few items of clothing and decided to hang them up (my left arm was tired from carrying the items around the store) so I could decide what I wanted to purchase. All the items that I decided not to buy, I had put back in their spot (where I had found them). While I was putting an item back, one of the employees (blond woman, about 5'5) came out of their backroom (where she had been throughout the entire time I was there which was at least 45 minutes) and began to put my items that I had hung up away. I noticed this, and walked back. Being respectful I had told her "sorry, I left some clothes here because my arm was tired (with my broken arm being clearly visible), and I'm putting back the clothes that I decide not to get". To which she responded (in the most rude tone of voice) "are you even going to buy any of the clothes?" (as if to say I couldn't afford the items I had chosen). I humiliatedly responded with " yes". "Okay well, you have to take these to the front of the store please" (which she could see that I had been already struggling). "I'm sorry, my arm was just tired and I'm still putting some clothes back" I repeated. "You have to take these to the front of the store please!" she responded. I gathered my items and carried them to the front of the store. When I looked back, I saw her vanish into the backroom once again, not to come out until I had already left the store. I was unable to catch her name sadly, I will most likely not be a returning costumer.
