Bate and Switch! Beware! I was in the store on 11/4/17 and worked with Alma to purchase 2 new iPhone X's. We were trading in my Galaxy S7 for $300 and my wife's Galaxy S6 for $200 with the promotion, and were told to bring our old phones in when our iPhone X's arrived in the mail. Alma priced out the phones on our current plan and with the unlimited plan, and we determined that leaving our current plan in tact was our most efficient route. On 11/21/17, we received our phones, but were told that due to a computer glitch, the store couldn't accept our galaxy phones, and that we needed to mail them in ourselves. Minor inconvenience, but we were not worried because we were assured by manager Ryan that Verizon would still honor the trade in prices if we mailed the phones in ourselves, and Ryan said that he thoroughly documented the situation. We mailed back our phones right away, but verizon is showing that we were only getting credited $87 for one and $96 for the other instead of the orig $200+$300. We contacted the store and Ryan states that we have to upgrade our plans in order to get the pricing that we quoted on our trade in's. We pointed out that this would increase our monthly bill, and not what was agreed upon. We were told that we are also outside of our 14 day return window because we had to wait for Verizon to receive the mailed back phones, so that we can not return the items and start over with someone else. Luckily, I was able to reach someone at corp that is crediting our account the difference to make up for this location's lack of business ethics. If you need to stay with Verizon, order over the phone, and avoid the crooks in this store like the plague. Shame on you both, Alma and Ryan, for not honoring what you both had quoted, and not properly documenting our notes like promised.

Wish we could give a 0 star!!!! Only wanted our money and could not stay off his personal phone!!! Actually had to call customer service as employee at Verizon did not even offer! Been a faithful customer for 10 years...

Attempted to go in and spend my money on a new phone, instead i was told by the lady signing people in at the door there was a small wait. Meanwhile there were employees outside dancing and not being attentive. I ask the lady if she was able to answer a simple question on my bill, who then declined to assist me to go back to taking selfies on her phone. Not only does the cell service in Queen Creek stink so does the customer service at the store.

Stay away, stay far far away. I've lived in this area for 5 years and this store in always terrible. I can't blame it on anything else but the people. They are incredibly rude and unwilling to help. It doesn't matter what you are there for, they will look down on you and treat you like you don't matter... It's amazing this store is still around given the terrible people who work inside. Again, stay away, stay far far away.

Atrocious customer service, ignorance, and arrogance reign supreme in this location! If you dare to step foot in this store, be ready for a fight...literally, and figuratively! My wife tried to return a phone case that had been purchased through Verizon, less than a week after the purchase, and the overly arrogant and extremely condescending manager Ryan was either too dumb, or too lazy to search for the item in the computer and make the return process a simple one! Instead, manager Ryan took it upon himself to treat my wife like some low life criminal and deny her the privilege of returning the Verizon phone case....I believe his words to my wife were.."why can't you just package it back in the box and send it back UPS?" , and “we can’t find it in the computer...” My wife left the store immediately, due to the level of frustration Ryan had caused, and the complete incompetence he was displaying...Never-mind the fact that the receipt for the phone case was in the box that the phone case came with! Again...was it ignorance or laziness that prompted manager Ryan to display such bad behavior? Clearly manager Ryan is not smart enough to perform his job and open a box to check the merchandise or possibility of receipt! I know box opening is a special skill that takes years of practice, but manager Ryan has clearly not yet mastered this intricate skill! What a joke!!! It's nice to see Verizon has been promoting and hiring the cream of the crop with superior problem solving skills! Out of complete frustration, I personally took the phone case and receipt back to the store, where a general manager named Christine took charge of the problem. It was pretty easy for her to find the phone case in the computer, and see that there was a legitimate receipt for the purchase and return....unlike the genius manager Ryan. While my son and I were waiting to finish the return, I found the brilliant manager Ryan and simply asked if he checked for the receipt with my wife...to which he obviously responded "yes...he looked through everything." I told Ryan clearly he was not smart enough to open the merchandise box, where the receipt was sitting....and apparently he didn't like my comment. Manager Ryan began eyeing my son and I like he wanted to fight. Big mistake on his part...he obviously believes he is way more than what he really is....I found it amusing that this idiot was bold enough to try and provoke me in the middle of his store....where he works....as a manager....!! This guy is a clown! What a true, shining example of professionalism!! I warned Ryan he better stop eyeing me...and the general manager Christine quickly charged in...asking me to stop....since this was a business...and the Verizon employees were not there to fight me. Never mind the fact that it was the overly confident manager Ryan who was causing the problem to escalate. I told Christine I wasn't there to fight either, but she needed to get control of her employees who seemed to be more than willing to jeopardize their jobs for a chance at provoking me into a fight. Needless to say, the phone case got returned without any further incident...! this store location has some serious mental and behavioral issues that anyone in the general public should be wary of! Manager Ryan is a complete joke...arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and apparently believes he is more than what he is. I am appalled that Verizon has allowed these types of people to work with the general public! My business and money will definitely be well spent with another wireless carrier....manager Ryan has lost my business for good....and I would advise everyone to avoid this store location and the Verizon brand in general, unless they are looking for a fight, literally and figuratively!!! Shame on Verizon.....shame on Ryan!!!
