I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I have always enjoyed my interactions with the staff of this WF. This is by far my favorite WF.

After entering, instead of conducting a transaction, male with un untucked polo asked me to wait. He than came from behind the counter and asked if I wanted coffee. After walking to within a foot me, he asked my business and if I banked there. He then brought up the debit card he had seen in my pocket when retrieved my IDs as I walked in. i steped back, told him it was none of his business and to back up. He then invaded my space a second time and told me to calm down. Maybe a little training in custom privacy is in order. Along with what may be taken as threat, as he was not shaven, dressed well, or dressed like the others in the bank.
