Whether you are looking to purchase or to sell jewelry, please visit with Andy at Karats Jewelers. I had been in the process of trying to sell my engagement ring and wedding band set and had been to several other jewelers in the city, only to leave feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. Andy made the process straightforward and easygoing, and was honest about the wholesale business of buying diamond jewelry without being condescending and without intimidation tactics. He is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his business. I will definitely be back to purchase when I'm in the market - his selection of fine jewelry and watches is exemplary, and the store is bright and beautiful. Thank you again, Andy!

Andy and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating in all aspects of their business. It was the most rewarding experience working with them all. They are sensitive to your wants, needs, and ability and will ensure a more than exemplary transaction. I would and have recommended to numerous friends and family and I will continue to give them my business at every opportunity.

Working with Andy is a true pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and never puts any pressure on during the buying process. Beautiful store with a very helpful staff and a huge selection. Highly recommend.

Went in for a simple battery replacement and was very pleased with the friendly service and quick turn around. Their wide selection of watches was quite impressive as well. Thank you for the help Andy

My favorite watch store in Kansas City. Love the selection of watches. They are an authorized dealer for multiple watch brands and have an extensive selection. Love all of my purchases from here. Andy has been super helpful with my watch repairs and explaining every single detail and the movement of my new Breitling from Karats. I appreciate their knowledge and great service. If you want a watch go here. They are not snobs and are good people with a fantastic selection.
