I have an extremely special chain that DOES NOT leave my person. The first jeweler I chose  wanted to keep my chain for a week........ unacceptable. I moved on.

I contacted Moshiri Jewelry, by phone and before hours. Simone Moshiri was so understanding of my situation that she offered me a loaner chain for my cross so that it would not leave my possession. 

Upon arrival I received exceptional service. They were able to do the repair on sit and within 15mins.

Thank you so much. I will be a repeat customer.  Two thumbs up.

First off I came here because of the reviews.

I brought my wife's diamond ring in to get a diamond reset/clean and fixed. They did a fantastic job and not only that but they did it really quick. I could tell that when I walked in it is a family run store and they all care about the clients and want to make sure that you are 100% happy. 

When I got the ring back, It looked bran new. I think it looked better than the day I bought it for my wife. Thanks to both of you you are very kind and you have some of the nicest and coolest stuff I have seen. Keep up the good work.

My promise ring, necklace, and engagement ring have all been made and purchased from the wonderful people who run Moshiri Jewelry! They listen and guide you through the shopping experience. We trust no one else when it comes to our jewelry purchases. They are very honest and trustworthy people.

I bought a custom made engagement ring many years ago from Moshiri and it was a bad experience for me. He is rude, insulting and unprofessional - this happened as soon as discrepancies were pointed out in the design. On several occasions, he covered his broken promises with unconvincing explanations. Also, the product came out poor in its quality and craftsmanship in my opinion and the opinion of a reputable local jeweler. I never even showed it to my then-fiancée and ended up selling it (happily) at a financial loss. 

Take this review with a grain of salt but as you can see from his replies to some of the reviews here, he will resort to insults (which he does in person as well) and will disclose private information online. In one instance below - he discloses a negative reviewer's profession and her fiancé's name! I think his responses to negative reviews here reflects how he conducts business.

Edit: I posted a review here over 5 years ago and then changed it this week when I randomly saw that Moshiri had written a ridiculous response. While I know that his responses are littered with lies, to everyone else, his posts should reveal his true colors as an unprofessional businessman.

Love this place. They're so kind. We originally had my wife's wedding band made here, because it was custom. They were the only jeweler that treated us with kindness, as we were a couple of college students. They also have a huge selection of modern jewelry.
