Joy Ride provided service to me several timeswhen I was in rehabilitation to and from my doctor appointments and did an excellent job and was very friendly and drove very safe.

"Joy Ride" has enlarged my life in many ways!  When I call the office the staff are very helpful!!  I have had many drivers over the months - EVERY driver is very courteous. I appreciate that the driver always makes sure that I am at the Dr office on correct day & time, rather than just dropping me off & I may have made an error on my calendar.

I recommend this company whole heartedly - I look forward to many years to come to have their help to go places.

Thanks for seeing a need in the Des Moines, IA area & forming this absolutely Awesome, Wonderful company!!

Today I just about slammed into one of your vehicles because the lady was not paying attention. Turned into a parking lot didn't look and pulled out right in front of me. I would never suggest somebody ride with your company if that is the type of driver that you are hiring! This happened around 3 p.m. in Waukee off of 4th Street and it was a Female driver.

Unprofessional. I've been trying to speak with one of the managers for months, I've left my name and number for him, called multiple times a day, he's always dodging me. A simple question on my part has left me thinking that this company is full of amateur unprofessionals. Avoid them at all cost.

Very unprofesional. I was very angry to see one of your drivers talking on his phone while driving and not paying attention as he turned left right in front of my kids in the crosswalk when we had the walk sign.
