Excellent experience, as always, with the Enterprise office @ Merle Hay.  Delivered and picked up vehicle.  Absolutely recommend this location. 
 Only drawback was the delivered car - Toyota Camry.  Overhead cabin lights did not automatically turn on when doors were opened/closed, auto -on driving lights were not default on, and the cruise control would shut off upon going over a rough patch of road, probably due to the brake pedal sensor being very sensitive.  Would NOT choose a Toyota Camry again.

The gentleman who checked us out was upbeat and had a great helpful attitude and our rental was easy. We had no issues with the car we drove. One office employee could use a reminder that all questions are important and to remember presentation at all times in front of employees and customers should be treated with the same smiling helpful presentation as the people working under you. You should be a leader on how your workers act to your customers. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

My truck was stolen on Christmas day. They got us in a car and picked us up total time was 15 minutes, including the drive back to the office to do the paperwork. Will definitely use them again when needed. The car was great and had no issues with anything.

Great experience.  Reasonable price and a great car.  The representative I dealt with was fantastic.  Kenny got me checked in record time and showed me all the important details concerning the car I rented.  He also made the return a breeze.  Thanks!

Kenny at Mere Hay Rd of the Johnston, Iowa branch (Des Moines) went above and beyond to arrange for the perfect car to make it easier to transport my 90 yr old mother to appts. during my stay. I saved money by using Enterprise rather than picking up and dropping off at the airport like I usually do as Enterprise will pick you up and drop you off. His staff were prompt and extremely helpful and courteous too! I will use them again! Many Thanks!
