100% A+ customer service from James and the rest of the team at this location! I rent here frequently and this team does everything to make sure their customers are priority #1. I receive excellent service with each and every visit, and I also see that service being given to everyone else around me when I'm in their establishment or in their parking lot. This includes sales and management staff, shuttle service, lot attendants, and detail staff. Thank you all for consistently providing a great customer experience.

Quick and easy process, in and out. We were given a 2017 Ford Expedition to drive for 3 days. The staff was so kind and helpful. My only complaint is that I don't think the vehicle was detailed as well as it could have been. But it was great and we enjoyed it.

The employees were really friendly - i just felt like they tried to convince people to upgrade to an expensive vehicle as I overheard other conversations. My car was being repaired, I had a free rental voucher through Enterprise and they asked if I wanted to upgrade to a $50 dollar a day car, my voucher only covered up to $20 dollars a day. I said no and took my rental and left. When I returned the vehicle they said I owed the $25 dollar difference for that day and the next. I was under the impression I had a free rental. Luckily, the guys working were super reasonable and understood there was a misunderstanding. The car I had was really nice, but I felt like it could become a money trap easily had I needed to keep the car longer than a day. They were very helpful after the fact - I just didn't like feeling like I had control over the price I wanted to spend.

Upgraded! They did not have the compact I reserved but upgraded me for no charge to a nicer vehicle. Friendly and fast service. Thanks.
