We were supposed to pick up our vehicle at 11 pm but our flight got delayed and we didn't arrive until afyer 1:30 am after they closed. I called ahead and they had someone stay so we were still able to get our car! I wish I remembered the woman's name who was working because she was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful

Was in a rental from another branch & wanted to add the protection package.  The rude and unpleasant woman at the counter (with no customers in line) stated that she couldn't do it & that the original branch (which she said was closed, it wasn't) had to add the extra coverage. When she got caught lying, she called the branch & told them she couldn't do it, because she was the only one there. After she hung up the phone, she told me she could do it, but I would have to wait an hour for her to look at the car, because "other customers come first".

I had to rent a car 2 weeks in a row for work.  The first week I was in an economy compact car which was fine but not comfortable for me due to my height.  The next week I was allowed to upgrade to a standard car for a couple more dollars- the receptionist was nice and gave my a couple options for what was available.  In the end, my drive was more enjoyable as the car fit my needs much better.  Overall experiences were great, clerks were nice, and the cars were both in great shape.  I will rent from here again for business and personal needs.
