I asked for a screen repair quote and they advised me to not repair the device due to low quality aftermarket parts for that model. That advice cost them business, but saved me headaches. Nice to see a business that is willing to look out for consumers instead of chasing short term profits!

I saw the good reviews and decided to give them a chance. Took my computer to them and their service was good and fast, so I took back 2 laptops to get cleaned up. They didn't call me to tell me they were complete, I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. One of them was good and worked well. The other one has been a mess since I took it to them. I couldn't get on Excel because it was a trial version that was installed. Had to call them back and let them remotely login to fix the issue. They installed a solid drive into the same laptop and forgot to put the screws back in. No big deal, we all forget things, but I've called 3 times asking them to mail me screws as I live an hour away and still nothing.

About 6 months ago I broke the front of my phone and took it to Just Smart Guys to get it fixed, they did a great job so when my phone screen broke again in January I thought it would be a good idea to take it back again. My first issue was that when I got my phone back everything was gray scale, so the guy who fixed it took the screen off and then informed me that I would have to have a black screen (even though my phone is white) because they had run out. I was upset, but not too upset. Over the past 3 months my phone has been getting extremely hot at random times and I just chalked it up to it probably being some kind of water damage, and my home button had become jammed, until this past weekend when my home button got so hot that it actually burned me, leaving a small circular burn on my forearm. At that point I had a friend who repairs phones open my phone up and take a look, immediately noting that 4 of my screws were gone. And that my home button had not been screwed back into place. I am extremely disappointed and have to recommend that you take your devices elsewhere

Needed a part installed in my PC and I believe Matt, one of the owners, took a look at it and knew what had to be done, and quickly got me a FAIR quote and out the door, without taking any money upfront.  (don't take devices to Best Buy for repair)  Thankfully they were able to see that my PC's proprietary parts would be at risk if the power supply were to be upgraded.  didn't charge me for the time it took to make the diagnosis, even though i insisted.  Very knowledgeable and they advertise a wide array of services dealing in electronics repair and IT.  will take my phone here when it inevitably breaks.

The smart guys are not just smart, they're brilliant! I brought in a broken Samsung phone. I urgently needed to find some old texts that had to be printed out. They were able to diagnose the problem within minutes. They said I would have the needed information the next morning. True to their word, they found the texts and even printed them out for me!! Color me happy! 😁
