I am so happy with my experience here. My phone was completely destroyed and they fixed everything for 75$. I was a bit skeptical to try them, but I do not regret it at all. My phone is working great. The employees are so nice and they know what they are doing. I totally recommend.

Genius Phone Repair offers device repair at a fair price. However, I recently had them replace a broken display panel on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet, and when I got it back the battery would not charge. I called and at first they told me I would have to purchase a new battery (even though the tablet worked just fine when I brought it in). They later called and told me that there would be no charge for the second repair, and the tablet now works perfectly fine. I think they may have forgotten to reconnect a ribbon cable inside the tablet when they replaced the display panel. In the end it all worked out okay, but I was without my tablet for a couple of weeks. I will likely return to Genius Repair for future needs, and hope my experience improves going forward.

Very disappointed. I had them put a new piece of glass over the camera on my Samsung galaxy s6. Before leaving my phone with them I asked if they would clean the camera and everything before putting new glass on. Guy looked at me like I was stupid and said "well yeah" got my phone back and there are spots all over they camera lens. Wasn't cleaned correctly if at all. Wish I could post a picture taken with the "repaired" glass cover so everyone can see the spots. I will never be back. Only reason they got 1 star is cause there is no option for zero.

Good service, if they don't have what you want they'll try hard to get what you're looking for, and prices were competitive

I love genius phone repair! The staff is always very helpful, and they do awesome work! They fixed my phone screen and replaced by battery and back camera all for a great price, and very fast service!
