Purchased my 05 VW Jetta from an individual a few months back, and then things went south.  Took it to Kansas Tire and they were very thorough. Went back in the shop and they pointed out everything that needed fixing to get her up and running properly. Being a single mom on a budget, Sean let me know every step of the way what was going on and what my expenses would be. Great group of guys to work with and would highly recommend them.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great service, fair prices and quality products. This tire shop has been wonderful to work with. I called them first when I punctured a tire sidewall and Shawn got me fixed up with a temporary spare (my Mini didn't have one) so I could move my car from where it was stranded. Shawn had my tire ordered and on Mini the next day. I have since purchased tires for my other vehicles and always have a great experience.

Please stay away from this shop. I called them, the owner told me they could wait for my driver to work on my AC. While our driver was on his way to the shop, he called again and said we need to wait for his mechanic for 1 hour, since he's working on a job. One hour turned into 3 hour waiting time.
They finally showed up and checked on my truck AC for 30 mins and told me it might be AC compressor. He might have the part tomorrow and quoted me $1000. I thought it's too pricey and decided to leave. He turned around and charged me $217. He threatened to take my truck. Stay away. Later on, I found out they took my AC belt and AC hose is damaged. Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off.

Back one Saturday last April my son and I were in a big hurry to get to Wichita for his basketball tournament. I knew I was going to need 4 new tires but I had been so busy at work that week . I never had time to get my mini van in somewhere.  Plus money had been tight and I wasn't sure I could afford 4 brand new tires . Kansas Tire & Wheel hooked me up though. They all were on it in 45 min they slapped on 4 used but like new tires on the van for under $200. We made it to Wichita in time for the tournament and my son's squad took 1st place. Thanks Kansas Tire & Wheel.

Being a woman, never sure of what to ask or if I am having more things done to my vehicle than necessary  I am always worried to take my car in for repairs. But that didn't happen here I was told and shown what needed to be done. They were very knowledgable . I was treated wonderfully. And what is really important the work was done right and in a reasonable time. Best part the cost was even less than I had expected. I will certainly use Kansas Tire and Service from here forward! Thank you
