I buy everything I get at Kay's. Have always been loyal. I recently went to the pueblo mall location to see about my husband's  Tungsten ring because it literally shattered on his finger while using a small sledge hammer. I was basically told they are ment to do that and there was nothing they could do for me. Guess I will take my business elsewhere. I know $300 may not be much to some but to me it is and cannot afford to just fork it out again.

Ali and Sarah have gone above and beyond to make sure I got the set of my dreams!!! I highly recommend that if you go in there please ask for one of these ladies! They are fantastic!!!

Chelsea is AMAZING! She has provided exceptional customer service for both myself and my Fiancé.

My Fiancé is currently deployed and  his reception isn't the best, but last Saturday when I walked into the store she remembered exactly who's fiance I was (she helped him purchase my engagement ring)  I hadn't seen her in probably 8 months. His call dropped a few times and we couldn't hear him at times but Chelsea hung in there,  even allowed me to charge my I phone so she continue to get his order for my wedding band. 

We will definitely be back and always hope to work with her in the future.

Best customer service in Pueblo I've had. 
I have made several purchases there over the years and went in again this mother's day weekend and they still remembered me and my wife's Levian collection.  Always friendly!!!  AWESOME STAFF!!!

This place is absolutely atrocious!!!! They've had my necklace for "repair" for 3 months then notify me that the necklace was unable to be repaired and a new one was ordered months ago they just didn't call me. When I arrived to finally pick up my new necklace it looked fake , the gold was almost silver and now 6 months later they still haven't repaired or ordered a proper necklace.
