I went in to purchase an engagement ring, and needed a few days to think about my purchase. I was told not to worry, as the ring I wanted, which was on sale, would still be the same price the following week. I returned four days later, only to find that the ring was no longer the same price [as I was told it would be]. The manager, Pam, was beyond rude, and *scolded* me for not purchasing it when I first went in. When I mentioned I would be posting a review about my experience, she responded "That's very wrong of you sir, very wrong!". Luckily, calling the outstanding people at customer care solved my issue, and the purchase has been made. I have no problem with Kay as a whole, but I'd certainly recommend visiting a different location.

I took my ring to be resized on May 13th, 2017. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks. Being that I was anxious to have my ring back, I called on the 3rd week and the man was very rude and told me it'd be the end of the month "like he told me". Which is not at all what he said. He then told me it'd be another 2 weeks. He explicitly wrote "3-4 weeks" on my receipt. They also told me I don't have a service plan, which when I bought the ring in Greenville, she said that with the class ring I have, I could have it resized for free. I called again TWICE today. Both times the phone rang and rang. On the second call, after hopelessly ringing, you could hear the phone being picked up, then there's a really loud ringing sound, then it goes quiet and I said "hello?" And the phone hung up. Never again am I going to this store once I get my ring back.

Bought my finance an engagement ring from Kays in greenwood sc, went here to buy a wedding band , we stood looking at them for 15 minutes and never were even aknowledge let alone helped, very disappointing when you want to spend money but can't even be helped . Associates looked at us quite a few times but never once even had the courtesy to say we will be with you in a moment, that's all it would have taken.

Disrespectful manager and very sketchy. Spent over $1000 two weeks ago just for my merchandise to break. Went to return it and was pushed to the side while they helped other customers. I was put to the back of the line because my return was "hard". The manager, Pam was the absolute worse. Was only going to return one item but due to her attitude I returned everything. I mean how good is the quality of your merchandise if it was damaged in less than two weeks. Very dissatisfied!! Calling corporate regarding this!!
