Customer service was the absolute WORST ! I was explaining that the bracelet I ordered offline was too small and I needed to exchange it. Here is what gets me - she immediately looked at it and said “we don’t have those, they are limited edition” then she proceeds to say “you can take it back to where you bought it from and see if they’ll exchange it” MA’AM, I bought it from PANDORA!!! The box says PANDORA !! And she absolutely refused to help me. Told me to call Customer Service. So I call them and they say “we don’t do returns on online orders-you have to go to your nearest Pandora Store” and that Rep said there was nothing he could do but to follow the rules! So guess what !! I have a Pandora Bracelet that doesn’t fit, and that I can’t return or EXCHANGE ! Not even for EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE !!!

Very poor customer service,,,,ordered a ring in Sept for my daughter,,,after 2 months and a corporate complaint manager finally called back and made right ,,,,thank you (after I showed my receipt ) coporate website took 6 weeks to respond and emailed and said I would have to call toll free number,,,buyer beware !

My experience at Pandora at Haywood mall was wonderful! My mother and I went in together and had a ball! Everyone was super nice and helped us put together two beautiful bracelets! The employees were very patient with us, considering we were in the store for over an hour! Needless to say, we will continue shopping with our friends at Pandora!

They are horrible customer service if you need them to fix something they start having a bad attitude i wish there is another store here with different staff

Poor customer service and incompetent sales associates. One sales associate, Francesca, refused to acknowledge customers and when I complained the hostess replied with "She needs a spanking." Another associate, Eboni, claimed to lack the knowledge of handling the purchase of a gift card. I will never patronize this location again and I will advise others to take their business elsewhere.
