My mom took her wedding band (35 years married) into Score's to have it resized. It is a wide gold band with an intricate pattern all the way around, no stone, and she hesitated for years to have it sized as she didn't want it to be ruined. She cried when she dropped it off because she hated to leave it there but she cried even harder when she picked it up and it fit easily over her knuckle and the pattern wasn't distorted at all. We're still not sure how they did it but the level of excellence in their work and customer service will make us repeat customers.

My wife and I found William to be extremely knowledge about gem stones. He is also an incredible artist. We are thrilled with the replacement setting he designed for my wife's 2 carat diamond. We explained that she has a very active lifestyle and he designed a sturdy, yet lovely setting that truly showcases the stone. In addition, when we expressed an interest in purchasing a chocolate diamond, he had several shipped to him for us to look at. They were all quality stones and we are looking forward to getting the ring with the stone we chose. Once again, he is customizing the setting. The showroom is lovely and the staff are very courteous and helpful. Lew Wilk Anderson, SC

Always pleasant friendly service. A very personal atmosphere with a great selection and never any sales pressure. And we always look forward to Score's Billboards. Don't change a thing.
