Brooke, the store manager and her entire team were friendly, professional and very helpful. Brooke spent an hour assisting me in cleaning up a mess made by the Northgate location (awful location - rude and argumentative staff). During this time she kept me informed as to what was happening, constantly reminded me that she was an advocate for me and didn't let any frustration show through. I have been in retail for almost a decade, and have experience in management and Brooke exemplified what true customer service is and how to lead a team!! If and when I ever do business with kay jewelers again it will be at the Everett location and thanks to Brooke!

Love being helped by Sherry. She is always sweet, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I don't like leaving bad reviews and giving less than fives stars for just one employee there. But I must say after countless times of rudeness and disrespect from the assistant manager Maria I must say something! I don't appreciate being talked to so rudely! This last visit to the store she proceeded to lecture me for not knowing if they have my name under my maiden or married name in their system. She's needs to work on how she speaks to customers. Unacceptable.

I would give them no stars if I could horrible customer service and don't back there products my sister got a mother's day ring the ring started to bend for no reason took it in to be fixed not even a year later cost $25 to fix then to buy it if it wasn't sentimental I would not have had it fixed 😡😡😡

The Everett Mall Location did not have any settings where you can put your own stone in. But they had lots of books that you could order from. If you can imagine a stone I the middle from a flat picture, good for you. Not great for me.

On January 2nd, 2015 my wife and I took her appraised $8,500 heirloom antique diamond ring solitaire in a yellow gold setting into the KAY Jewelers at Everett Mall to simply have the band repaired. Long story short, on January 21st, Kay handed us back our diamond in a totally different, ugly contemporary ring setting of nickel alloy, not gold, worth a fraction of the value of the solid gold antique setting that we left with them. They made my wife sign for the ring before giving it back it to us. When we firs saw it, it looked like a totally different ring and we were mortified! Now, KAY will not give us our solid gold setting back with its enormous sentimental value to my wife: It was her mother's engagement ring, and that is all that my wife now has left of her. The people at Kay Jewelers are cold, heartless, lying criminals, to put it simply. They CLAIM that they gave us back the ring and setting that we took in to them. Three Kay employees now tell us that Kay merely coated our gold setting with silver-colored rhodium and that our gold ring merely sits below the silver colored coating. This is utterly a fraudulent, criminal lie!! This is nothing less than conspiracy to commit felony grand theft by fraud, a Class A felony. Beware of the many criminals at Kay at Everett Mall that you will be dealing with if you do business with them!! Our dollar loss due to Kay’s criminal theft of our solid gold antique setting is as follows: LICENSED GEMOLOGIST’S APPRAISAL VALUE OF YELLOW GOLD ANTIQUE HEIRLOOM DIAMOND RING BEFORE GIVING RING TO KAY JEWELERS FOR REPAIRS……………….. $8,500 SAME GEMOLOGIST’S APPRAISAL VALUE OF USED, DAMAGED, NICKEL ALLOY SETTING AND DIAMOND RING AS WAS RETURNED TO CUSTOMER BY KAY…………...... $5,300 DECREASED DOLLAR VALUE OF RING………… -$3,200 COST OF RING REPAIRS PAID FOR BUT NOT PROVIDED BY KAY JEWELERS…………….. -$400 TOTAL $ THEFT LOSS TO CUSTOMER……......… -$3,600
