They are without a doubt top-notch in customer service and quality. Service at this level is very much appreciated and they have a repeat customer. My wife's wedding ring of four years old had completely lost its diamond and Crown, broke off, gone! I walked in told them who I was what, happened -- they looked at it and on-the-spot had me taken care of with a no-cost replacement! 2 Days Later it was done.

Great staff very friendly and knowledgable. The staff has been more than helpful when I was purchasing a new ring, earrings and necklace. They helped me piece together items that would be timeless and elegant to wear for many a years. I buy my jewellery from Shane Co. knowing I am getting a great price on amazing quality gemstones and gold.

The staff here is friendly and efficient. They don't pressure you to purchase something, but instead help you find just what you're looking for in your price range. They don't work on commission, so their helpfulness is genuine. Highly recommend!

The service was really good. The sales rep was really patient and worked with is to really figure out styles we liked. I also enjoyed the variety of styles they had. It's pretty cool how their jewelry isn't mass produced so there's only a few replicas of each piece.
