This auto shop installed my springs upside down on my front end(we took to dealer and they took photos for us), installed a faulty aftermarket fuel pump, and then left my headlights on all weekend in their parking lot and ruined my new battery. I totally agree with the reviewer who said kathy has no business in customer service.  She is his impatient, rude wife.  Steve is a nice guy but this place is a disaster. Go anywhere else!!

Always take good care of our vehicles, and came highly recommended. Fair pricing and always have good advice regarding any issues.

They charged me $35 to look at my car and tell me I needed new tires, which they couldn't help me with. They mentioned more complicated problems with the bolts, etc but said they wouldn't even put a mechanic in it until the tires were replaced. So I drove it myself down to get tires. Long story short? There was nothing wrong with those bolts. A day and a half without a car so I could be told they couldn't help - and I was charged 35? Count me out. I have never been charged for an estimate in any car shop anywhere else in the country. Never again.

I called to ask for an appointment.  Lady was very rude to me so I changed my mind about them.  They aren't the only place in town.  Will not be calling them ever again.  Apparently by the other review, this is just how she behaves.  It's a shame since Steve does great work.

Told my wife she needed brake pads and we had just replaced them eight months ago. Said they were defective. Bunch of lies
