Wonderful experience with great people. We had a hard time finding a ring that we liked until we came here. Within minutes of walking into the store we found the perfect rings for us! The staff was extremely helpful and not overbearing. The owner shows interest and follows up on questions quickly. Very glad we stayed away from the big box jewelers. I highly recommend Koehn & Koehn!

I was looking for a unique design for my Mother's ring. I found the perfect design at Koehn and Koehn but the stones were not the birthstones of my children.  I worked with Krista who was great in contacting the designer to see if a custom ring could be made. It took 6 weeks to get my ring and Krista kept me updated the entire time. Great working with her and Koehn and Koehn. If you are looking for something that is one of a kind, give Krista a call. She was wonderful to work with.

I just got back my Great Grandmothers wedding ring from being cleaned, polished and having one of the diamonds tightened. It looks stunning! The band looks brand new and I have never seen the diamond solitaire sparkle so bright. Thank you for taking my family heirloom and making it feel even more special than it already is!

One on one service!  Knowledge to the NINES!  This is the place to go if you are looking for jewelry or diamonds and want expert advice without sales pressure being applied.  They have incredible creative thinking and extremely helpful attitudes.  This could be a training facility for people going into any area of consumer sales.  
I will always go here first before any place else when looking for any jewelry in the future.  Thanks you Andy.  Thank you Peter.

Recently I noticed my Mother's Day Ring needed some repairs. I took it to Koehn and Koehn in West Bend. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. They are always willing to clean your jewelry and check it for wear or damage.  I wear my rings all the time so they take a lot of abuse. They were able to fix my Mother's Day Ring in less then a week. I am very happy to have it back on my finger for many many more years. Thank you Koehn and Koehn.
