Just came home from going through the drive thru with my kids. I have never had a problem until today. I opened their boxes and one of them, the applesauce was empty. It has been cut open in the front... a long time ago... like the applesauce that was left was BLACK!!!! I’m extremely disappointed because I loved coming here because the kids meals are fairly priced and filling and no junk toys... but I won’t be coming back. It was obvious there was no apple sauce, they made sure the cut was not seen by just looking in the box and the applesauce was weightless. This was just pure lazy and careless behavior.

Great food, not too busy dine-in but drive thru expect a line. Associates are nice but dining area needs to be checked more often to clean off tables and refill supplies.

I wish I could select ZERO stars it was that BAD. Don't bother making this a choice for your family's dinner.

After spending $40 in the drive through and being as clear and as specific as possible I returned home with only ONE item correct. That being said the quality of the entire dinner ordered was dry, bland, and some was even cold. I was told I would have to wait for more chicken to be made so I waited an additional 15 minutes to be served something that had sat out all day under the bulbs I'm sure. I didn't receive the pieces I asked for specifically. The macaroni and cheese was complete mush with cheese sauce and was crunchy in certain places. I won't even bother explaining what else was wrong with the order. What a waste of money and total disappointment. I simply do not understand how this resturante is still surviving in Cartersville. Shut this down or replace the entire staff including the piss poor management. I couldn't even get someone on the phone to complain.

I have never had a problem with this location despite all the other reviews.  Prices can be a little much but the food is always good and don't remember any long waits.

I really wish there was a no star...my 3 piece was 2 over cooked beyond crispy and tiny (literally) just bones and skin thighs with a chicken leg that was overfried skin and bone no meat at all I know I asked for extra crispy but not almost charcoal my whole meal sides (2) and biscuit plus 3 pcs of chicken all fit in a small biscuit box...and the famous bowl was definitely not that just mash potatoes a few pieces of chicken a sprinkle of cheese (maybe 3 shreds)....would never ever recommend this KFC total waste of money and time. Only good thing was the coleslaw and mash taters always thought they were a chicken place but I guess those don't take actual cooking....
