Kumo reminds me a lot of the restaurant “Happy Family” in Cumming. Food is good, but not great. Absolutely worth going to here and there, because it’s good for how much you get.

I got the shrimp hibachi which was good. It wasn’t as good as my wife’s chicken hibachi, and one that I don’t think I’d get again. They left the tails on the shrimp before they fried them, which is strange to me. They serve a large portion of zucchini and onions with the rice/meat. I am a 200lb guy and I left full.

Last part here is price. Shrimp hibachi dinner was $11 and my wife’s chicken hibachi was $9. Those are great prices for this kind of food.

Don't eat here if you are wanting a quick bite to eat. My husband and I ate here for the first time the past weekend, when we walked in to be seated we waited about 10 minutes then we were seated (by a child) in direct sight of the entire restaurant. As we were looking over the menu a couple that came in after us were immediately greeted, seated and their drink orders were taken. At this point we have been there total for about 30 minutes... still no one has come over to our table to say anything. Finally a woman came to our table and took our drink orders, although that took about 10 minutes. When we ordered I ordered 2 sushi rolls and my husband got a hibachi dinner. Before our waitress left she asked if we were sharing and I said "no" and she looked at me with a rude look and walked away. When we finally got our food my husband's vegetables were 95% onions, he had about 2-3 pieces of broccoli and some zucchini. My sushi was good and I was pleased with the two I ordered (American Dream & Super Crunch). When we were leaving I looked at the time and we had been there for 3 hours... the restaurant wasn't busy by any means. Due to the lack of customer service we won't be back to this restaurant.

Had the hibachi chicken. Delicious food with large portions. Service was great as well. Cost was right on par with what we received. Sushi was especially good. My only complaint is with the white sauce AKA Yum-Yum Sauce. It was far too sour and mayonnaise-y for my taste while missing a certain sweetness found in most others. Overall, not bad. Will be back when I travel to this area in the future.

Great sushi across the board! Spicy salmon/  Spicy tuna hand rolls are everything! Solid list of standard and special rolls. Dumplings are awesome... hibachi doesn't suck either. Has to be the best sushi joint in Cartersville for sure.

First time trying this establishment . The Sushi is absolutely  great . Very nice atmosphere. Plates are artful and  professional. Cozy at atmosphere. Great prices.  Will dedefinite be returning. Loved it
