Customer service was very poor. Lady at drive through put me on hold for close to 15 minutes while I waited to verbally ask for my order (I was the only person in line). The ice cream machine was closed early (I wasn't able to order a chocolate sunday). Lady at checkout was snippy with me and wouldn't give me any condiments with my burgers after I politely asked for them. Waffle House would have been a better choice! 😀

NO STARS NO STARS AT ALL!!!! they are horrible there attitudes are awful they take fooooorrrreevvvver to even take your order i waited at the speaker they didnt even answer and i pulled up to order and they said i had to pull back around and no one was even there and they are very unsanitary! dont eat here you will get sick!!! the manager shannon is disgustingly rude and was very sweaty handing the food. i will never ever ever come back here!!!!!!!!!!!plllleassse save your money!!

Very very slow. They always ask everyone to pull forward so that their window time looks good for corporate. They always make the orders wrong and the late night cashier looks like a crack head. The food is always good and that's what is important so 3 stars is right.

Only go if you want food poisoning.Got 5 for 5 chicken and the chicken was uncooked inside. Take it to the manager after driving all the way back and she acts as if it's no big deal.It could've been very serious if a child got that or someone with low immune system. I was sick for 10 days.The manager didn't even want to do an incident report for did she have the appropriate paperwork to make a report.Do not go there. The place I had no idea wreaks of rodent feces .I only found that out by going in to return the uncooked chicken.Then she is sick and keeps wiping her snot all over hands.And touching everything.Its an overall nightmare of a place and should be shut down
