I ended up getting a frappe from here late, and my friend wasn’t happy with it. I spoke to the manager and she refunded me the whole order. I’ve loved Burger King since I was a kid and Jessica the manager who handled the situation was very nice and in today’s world people being nice and wanting to see customers happy is rare to find. If only more companies were like this one😊

Food here is frequently hot and tasty, and the service pretty quick, though I've experienced a few mistakes with my orders before.

Tried the french toast sticks. They were pretty good. Nothing out of the world but for $1 its not bad.

Unprofessional employee yesterday January 6, 2017 at drive thru around 1030am. Took her like 5 minutes to acknowledge us there by the sensor without apologizing. She seems so not in a mood to work. Turns out our order was given wrong. Also the caramel frappe. There wasn't any caramel syrup on top( which we know there's supposed to be) when we asked her nicely- isn't there supposed to be? she replied while rolling her eyes NO NO WE DON'T DO THAT ONLY MCDO DOES. And then close the window while slamming. Sad, she must be going through something why she's like that. But don't bring it to work
