Nice place local restaurant and bar. Serves and very tasty pan seared scallops and shrimp alfredo. The only change I would make is an extra shrimp or two and a scallop. Friendly bartenders.

By far the best restaurant in Cartersville!  Everything I have had has been excellent and the prices are reasonable.  I will be back the next time I am in the area.

Appalachian Grill is one of the rare restaurants in Cartersville that consistently delivers an excellent meal and experience.  Must haves are the mussels bathed in a saffron bisque and the Hot Bacon Vinaigrette with Honey Mustard salad dressing.  Their excellent menu and excellent service means get there early or risk a still-worthwhile-wait to be seated.

My husband and I went there for dinner tonight and had a wonderful experience. Great service and the food was amazing! We will definitely be returning soon.
