Great experience from the time we walked in the door. Ray Anderson was out salesman and he was great. We went to a few other dealers and he was able to get us the best deal can’t say enough.

Next time I know go strait to Ray for the best deal. Everyone on the staff was outstanding they did everything they could to help including making our daughter feel at home.

I came in to buy out my lease since I was over on my miles, the salesman I worked with (Rodney) was great, he was very friendly, patient and helpful. I was there for a few hours and he was hospitable the whole time. I would highly recommend him!
In truth, the two  salesmen I worked with went pretty above and beyond to lower the price of my payments without having to put anything down however, my payments ended up being higher than I’d hoped they would be and I wonder if I could’ve fought harder to get that price down. Overall was a good experience,  just wish I could’ve bargained for lower payments. I have a Chevy Cruze Limited and it’s pretty basic for the price I’m paying.

I was bright and early on this particular Saturday morning.  As I pulled up, there was one driver ahead of me and the shop doors haven't opened yet.  Once inside the garage, I was greeted with a smile by Keith.  I told him that along with my routine maintenance, I wanted to add in my Android App.  After looking into it, he told me that they could do it but it would be an another hour before my car was ready.  I love going to Feldman Novi.  They are fast, they are knowledgeable and the waiting room is exceptional.

Amazing service! Garrett was the best salesman we have ever worked with. He got us in a dream vehicle quickly and made the process quick and easy and clear, walking us through everything step by step. We will definitely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle and will be asking for Garrett!

My 5 Stars go to my salesman Tim Brown at Feldman-Novi. Tim worked very hard for me to get an affordable deal on my 2018 Traverse. I was very pleased with his service and his dedication to making sure I was happy. As long as he is there.. Feldman has gained a loyal customer.
