Excellent Customer Service ... From buying cars  and repair/service we always prefer going to Mark Chevrolet even if we live 1 hr far from them. We received Excellent Customer service beginning from Adam Hill, Derek Wild ( our original guy relocated)  and now with our new guy Mason Petty and ofcourse service  dept. with Bob .  We will keep coming at Mark Chevrolet because of there excellent customer service ... An Excellent training from the owner to have a good employees for his business is great  to have a happy customer .... Thank you Mark Chevrolet !

Very friendly and helpful. A very smooth deal and I am 100% satisfied. Will continue to do business with them. Steve Adams was a great salesman, he explained everything and was very helpful. Next time I need to lease or buy a new vehicle,  Steve will be my guy to see. Thanks for all your help!

I've had issues with other dealerships. So, I switched over to mark chevrolet. Their service team is outstanding! Denise is my service advisor and does a very thorough job with exceptional customer service. She is super helpful and informative. If I have a question she answers it in a way that anyone can understand. I will never bring my vehicle anywhere else. I absolutely love this place! Keep up the great work guys and gals!

If it was possible to rate a company as a zero Mark Chevrolet would be deserving of that score.  This is the most dishonest company I have done business with in my life.  They took a deposit from me for a vehicle they said they would hold for 48 hrs so I could travel the 3.5 hrs to the dealership.  

The contact I had with the salesman said there were other interested buyers and wanted to know if I was still interested.  I told him we were in the ballpark with money and that we would be there either Saturday or Monday which he had told me previously, and reiterated again, was fine.  We had tried to show up on a Friday, but as a school teacher I wasn't able to get a sub for my class and couldn't take the day off.  The salesman knew this and had told me we were good.  

After we were able to find someone to take one of our children to their activity on Saturday morning, which we weren't able to do until late Friday night, we left to buy the vehicle only to find out 45 minutes away they had sold it out from underneath us the night before without any contact.  

All the salesman could say was "I'm sorry."  The used car manager wasn't available at the time, but contacted me with noting more initially than another "I'm sorry" and 48 hr holds are not his policy, even though that is what the salesman had told me when they took my deposit.  I was informed that the vehicle was gone and they couldn't just produce another one. I was also told, "This wasn't done of purpose." Well, it was.  It was intentionally released and sold with a deposit on it without any contact to us that this was happening.  That is on purpose. Basically I was out of luck.  After sharing my thoughts he said he'd have to look into the matter and talk with his general manager.  He was supposedly looking for another vehicle.  I informed him it would need to be like options, millage and price.  When I heard nothing back for over 2 hrs I called back to make sure I was getting my deposit back, which is still not posted back to my credit card, and was informed that was no issue and could be done any time.  Although, why would I believe anything they said?

I have just never in my life been a part of any business deal with a company that is so completely dishonest.  Regardless of any response they post on here that is all this boils down to is a dishonest business dealing.  I would strongly caution anyone who is potentially doing business with this company to not believe anything they are told.

I was contacted by the dealership to make an appointment for my first free oil change. I made the appointment and arrived promptly at 5:00. There was a very crowded waiting room, but I didn't give it much thought until several people began to complain about the long wait they had. Nothing heard from the advisor about any problem, however, my wait was approximately 2 hours. It was nearly 7:00 when my car was finished. At that time the advisor did apologize and gave me a card for an additional free oil change due to the lengthy wait. However, that was a little too late. I had been at work since 7:30 a.m. and at 7:00 p.m. was still not home. My time is worth more than a free oil change. I would much rather spend the money for an oil change and save the time than waste two hours in a waiting room.
