Started off on the wrong foot. The hostess was reluctant to seat us, so we waited a half hour past our reservation. We had a large party with young kids, so this was annoying. Finally the manage/owner made her seat us. Once seated, we were still waited another twenty minutes for our chef. But once he came, the night turned around. Great service and delicious food! They even took and have us a printed picture after dinner. Perfect for young kids and family events!

I loved everything about this place. But the bowls were filthy when we were seated by the grill, so I switched them out with the ones next to us. Other than that, the food was scrumtrulescent. I tried sushi for the first time and now I'm hooked.! Can't wait to go back for the 911 Dragon Roll during happy hour. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I highly recommend.

I've taken my family to Kiku' s for over 15 years and have always received 5 Star service.....today we celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday and it was once again a wonderful experience!

My family and I love this place. We've never had a bad meal or service. We were just there today it was great.

Had the sushi, and it was hands down some of the best I've had the privilege of experiencing; no excessive amounts of rice, the fish and vegetables were fresh and still cool, and nothing was overpoweringly flavorful. The bluefin tuna sashima was also amazing, and the hot sake was excellent, being smooth on the way down, but still holding that kick you expect from alcohol. The atmosphere of the interior is also great; lighting that's dim, but not so much so that you can't see, and a great color scheme. The service was excellent as well, with our server coming over at just the right times- I believe even the owner/manager himself took an order at one point!- and the sushi got out to us much quicker than at any other restaurant I've been to. Definitely try it out if you're looking for a japanese restaurant. It's just off Route 59 by the mall, and easy to spot, so there's no problems in location either!
